SAGARPA ORGANIC MEXICO
According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the objective of this organic production system is to enhance food security, rural development, sustainable livelihoods and the integrity of the environment.


USDA ORGANIC
The National Organic Program (NOP) develops the rules & regulations for the production, handling, labeling, and enforcement of all USDA organic products.

EUROPE UNION ORGANIC
European Union (EU) regulations on organic farming are designed to provide a clear structure for the production of organic goods across the whole of the EU. This is to satisfy consumer demand for trustworthy organic products whilst providing a fair marketplace for producers, distributors and marketers.

HACCP
The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a scientifically based system that identifies specific hazards and measures for their control, in order to guarantee food safety.

GMO-Free
From the seed, through the process of growth and harvest, transport, collection, storage and processing in the market channel. The certification also includes verification of the legal requirements related to the labeling and monitoring of GMO's.

KOSHER CERTIFICATE
“Kosher” is a term used to describe food that complies with the strict dietary standards of traditional Jewish law.
